I learned to play the mandolin in 2002 while I was working as an 'Emergency/ After hours' doctor in Ireland.
My C.V. includes jamming with muso's while working for Cunard (QM2 and QE2) and Crystal cruise lines.(since 2004)
I have played regularly at the Marritz restaurant in Perisher since 2005 and Belagos restaurant at Emerald lakes during 2008 and 2009.
I would describe my music as 'French / Italian Cafe' music.
I get a kick out of helping set an atmosphere to which folk can relax and enjoy themselves while dining

Nick Waters

His name is Nick Waters and he’s a singer / songwriter. He plays acoustic guitar, a stomp box with his right foot, and a tambourine with his left foot… and he does it with a hell of a lot of passion! Nick’s original songs at times have a political and environmental bent, but then others are just stories of life and love. Playing in electric Pop/Rock bands for well over 15 years, Nick’s solo sound is stripped back to the “Roots” to showcase his songs and dynamic vocals in a more soulful and organic format.
