Grilled swordfish, served on herb mash and crispy greens,
finished with lemon herb and caper dressing

Pan fried chicken breast, avocado, spring onions, napoli sauce,
pesto with a touch of cream

Chicken Boscaiola
Pan fried with smoky bacon, fresh field mushrooms, garlic & shallots,
finished in a white wine cream sauce

Tiramisu
Mario’s own style chocolate gateau & savoiradi biscuit soaked
in espresso coffee, amaretto liquer & marsala,
smothered with mascapone cream
